What the Health Check collects
Assessment answers stay in the page until you submit a report request. A submitted request includes your email, optional first name, business type, current booking tool, biggest challenge, score, category scores, optional marketing choice and its recorded time, source page, available campaign parameters and creation time.
Why it is collected
The details are used to prepare the booking-flow report you request and understand the workflow you want reviewed. Optional ongoing updates are a separate choice and are not currently sent.
Storage and report delivery
Submitted report requests are stored privately in Lovable Cloud. The site owner can access them through Cloud Database. Report email is not configured yet; no report email is sent by the current implementation. Sending requires a verified sender domain and a separate implementation check.
Information you should not submit
Do not submit health records, patient details, financial account information, confidential legal case details, passwords or customer contact lists.
Contact links and external services
Consultation and portfolio links open external services with their own privacy notices. The contact enquiry tool prepares a WhatsApp message for you to send; it does not store that enquiry on this site.
Items requiring review before publishing
The owner must confirm retention and deletion procedures, applicable legal grounds, international processing disclosures, any consent requirements and the final email service disclosures. This draft does not promise a retention period or legal compliance.
